Assistant Hotel Manager

As an assistant hotel manager you are responsible for running a small team of ambassadors. Naturally you are an excellent ambassador yourself who is enthusiastic, optimistic and treats everyone with respect.

You work together with your team, guiding, coaching and helping them to exceed guests' expectations.

Your main tasks are:

• work alongside the ambassador team
• create an inspiring environment
• set the example of passion and enthusiasm
• support the citizenM operational procedures
• responsible for shift schedules and assigning tasks
• train and coach ambassadors

and

• welcoming our guests to the world of citizenM
• help our guests at check-in / check-out kiosk
• serve a signature sandwich, salad or warm dish
• prepare a super coffee and delicious cocktail
• maintain the lobby
• talk and listen to our guests and inform them on the hotel but also on the city; the best places to be, eat, shop or club
• inform our guests on worldly goods and other citizenM gear available at the hotel gift shop
• Smile!

You...

• are 21 years and up
• fluent in English
• can multi-task
• do not need specific hotel experience but need to have 2 years or more managerial / coaching experience
• are a team player
• love to meet and greet different people
• are passionate about the things you're doing
