Hotel Manager

As a hotel manager you are managing all aspects of the hotel including recruiting citizenM colleagues, training and coaching the ambassadors and assistant hotel managers.

Your main tasks are:

• work alongside the hotel team
• interact with guests
• create an inspiring environment
• set the example of passion and enthusiasm
• support the citizenM operational procedures
• responsible for shift schedules and assigning tasks
• train and coach ambassadors
• responsible for accurate reporting to the head office
