Hotel Manager

As a hotel manager you are managing all aspects of the hotel including recruiting citizenM colleagues and training and coaching the ambassadors and assistant hotel managers.

Your main tasks are:

• work alongside the hotel team
• interact with guests
• create an inspiring environment
• set the example of passion and enthusiasm
• support the citizenM operational procedures
• responsible for shift schedules and assigning tasks
• train and coach ambassadors
• responsible for accurate reporting

and

• welcoming our guests to the world of citizenM
• help our guests at check-in / check-out kiosk
• serve a signature sandwich, salad or warm dish
• prepare a super coffee and delicious cocktail
• maintain the lobby
• talk and listen to our guests and inform them on the hotel but also on the city; the best places to be, eat, shop or club
• inform our guests on worldly goods and other citizenM gear available at the hotel gift shop
• Smile!
