Hotel Manager
As a hotel manager you are managing all aspects of the hotel including recruiting citizenM colleagues and training and coaching the ambassadors and assistant hotel managers.
Your main tasks are:
- work alongside the hotel team
- interact with guests
- create an inspiring environment
- set the example of passion and enthusiasm
- support the citizenM operational procedures
- responsible for shift schedules and assigning tasks
- train and coach ambassadors
- responsible for accurate reporting
and
- welcoming our guests to the world of citizenM
- help our guests at check-in / check-out kiosk
- serve a signature sandwich, salad or warm dish
- prepare a super coffee and delicious cocktail
- maintain the lobby
- talk and listen to our guests and inform them on the hotel but also on the city; the best places to be, eat, shop or club
- inform our guests on worldly goods and other citizenM gear available at the hotel gift shop
- Smile!
