Night Ambassador

Your main tasks are:

• welcoming our guests to the world of citizenM
• help our guests at check-in / check-out at the kiosk
• work with our Property Management System
• execute administrative night-audit duties
• supervise general security of our guests and the
  • security floor checking
  • controlling and monitoring irregularities
  • accompanying guests during emergency situations
• serve a signature sandwich, salad or warm dish
• prepare a super coffee and delicious cocktail
• maintain the lobby, canteenM and food displays
• re-stock canteenM
• guarantee the quality of food & beverage
• prepare food and beverage assortment and display for the following day
• talk and listen to our guests and inform them on the hotel but also on the city; the best places to be, eat, shop or club
• inform our guests on worldly goods and other citizenM gear available at the hotel gift shop
• Smile!
