Part time Ambassador

Are you looking for a job that can easily be combined with your other activities and interests?

citizenM has positions available for half day ambassadors. This means working shifts of four hours in the morning or in the evening; three to six shifts per week. This position is available at both citizenM Amsterdam Airport and citizenM Amsterdam City.

Your main tasks are:

• welcoming our guests to the world of citizenM
• help our guests at check-in / check-out kiosk
• work with our Property Management System
• serve a signature sandwich, salad or warm dish
• prepare a super coffee and delicious cocktail
• maintain the lobby, canteenM and food displays
• re-stock canteenM
• guarantee the quality of food & beverage
• talk and listen to our guests and inform them on the hotel but also on the city; the best places to be, eat, shop or club
• inform our guests on worldly goods and other citizenM gear available at the hotel gift shop
• Smile!

You...

• are 18 years and up
• are fluent in English
• do not need to have specific hotel experience but you do need to have lot of smiling experience
• love to meet and greet different people
• are passionate about the things you're doing
